Achieve a natural looking V-shaped face with Kowayo’s Non-Surgical Jaw Slimming procedure.
Now are you more convinced? With a side by side photo, you can clearly see the difference. Some of you may feel that the edited 'After' photo is abit unnatural but I just want to show you how squarish my jaw actually is. I hated how it looked so manly!!
When it comes to taking photos, it's all about the angle. So I always try not to pose sideway as it will reveal my wide jawline. But you know editing photos can be such hassle and time consuming even if its using meitu app. And during photoshoots, when the photographer asked me to pose like this, I can't always refuse to just because of my not so v-shaped face.
Jaw Slimming: Non-surgical Reduction
by bulky masseter muscles causing the face to look rounder, bigger and
squarer.
It involves a simple administration of tiny pricks into the jaw muscles with no
downtime at all. Sometimes, bulky jaw muscles are caused by habitual teeth
grinding which wears out teeth enamel. This treatment will also help with this
by relaxing the jaw muscles.
People sometimes believe that in order to correct square jaws, invasive
surgery such as cutting of the jaw bone is necessary. The reality however is
that non-surgical methods of jaw slimming are safer and as effective in
achieving face slimming.
For best results, this treatment can be combined with other Kowayo's face
contouring techniques to achieve the popular V-shape face which will be done by Dr Wong.
IS BOTOX SAFE? ARE THERE SIDE EFFECTS?
There is substantial scientific evidence demonstrating that the use of botulinum toxin in treating frown lines has a favorable safety and tolerability profile.
Most side effects experienced are very brief and linked to common injections, eg, slight redness/soreness on the area, slight bleeding that will resolve within minutes. There's actually no downtime and I returned to my normal routines almost immediately.
The only thing you need to watch out for is no alcohol in the next 24 hours, no rigorous exercise/activity or direct sun-bathing. The doctor will give you a more detailed instructions.
using botox to treat medical conditions
Botox was first used in the 1980s to treat the condition of crossed eyes and uncontrollable blinking. Later on, it was used to treat disorders of the central nervous system, including trauma, stroke, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease and cerebral palsy. Through these uses, it soon became apparent that it had an aesthetic effect, and eventually it was approved for cosmetic use. You can find more infos online.
