Chilli Padi Confinement Meals

Chilli Padi has been around since 1997 and is known for their Peranakan Cuisine, rich heritage and gourmet excellence.

They have receive several accolades including the coveted Singapore's Best Restaurant by Singapore Tatler, Asia Pacific Brands Award and Promising SME500, among others.

​They used to serve confinement meals in their restaurant but due to positive and popular demands, they have expanded their portfolio to cater confinement meals delivery service for new mum-to-be.

As a Mother of 3 now, i understand that it is really crucial to have healthy and nutritious confinement food during the confinement period in order to nurse your body back to health for the longer parenting road ahead.  And i'm really glad to be able to try out Chilli Padi Confinement Meals.  Check out their confinement menu here and im sure you would be salivating!  

Here's some of my favorite that i picked out from their weekly menu.

Every meal comes with 1 herbal soup, 1 meat dish, 1 veggie dish, 1 rice or brown rice, soemtimes noodle and 1 red date drink. All meals are served in thermal containers to keep the food warm. The portion are usually damn generous and is enough for 2 person.

​For my confinement meals, i actually requested for fish and chicken dishes only because i dont take pork and i dont like innards and organs. So the reason why i choose ChilliPadi is because they are flexible in this area. But if you do take pork or innards then you will be able to try more delicious dishes.

Chilli Padi Confinement provides different confinement packages, from 7 days to 28 days single/dual meal package. You can choose your ideal package according to your confinement needs.
